Dignity.us is a national citizens' initiative to reduce hate-fueled violence in America. Dignity.us was launched at the White House's United We Stand Summit in September 2022 and is co-chaired by a bipartisan group of four former White House Domestic Policy Advisors from the last three Presidential Administrations. It aims to surface a 'civic moonshot' in the realm of hate-fueled violence through a nationwide community-driven design research process featuring input from listening sessions across the country.

Conducted thorough research and facilitated the selection and registration of participants for a nationwide listening tour addressing hate-fueled violence in America
Interviewed individuals and moderated listening sessions with SMEs, practitioners, survivors, community members, government officials, and former hate group members
Partnered with community foundations, organizations, and notable leaders across the anti-hate landscape
Collaborated with teammates in synthesis sessions to translate research findings into actionable recommendations for moonshot idea
Designed and maintained the main project database as well as all assets
