Dignity.us  is a national citizens' initiative to reduce hate-fueled violence in America.  Dignity.us was launched at the White House's United We Stand Summit in September 2022 and is co-chaired by a bipartisan group of four former White House Domestic Policy Advisors from the last three Presidential Administrations. It aims to surface a 'civic moonshot' in the realm of hate-fueled violence through a nationwide community-driven design research process featuring input from listening sessions across the country.

Design Researcher   October 2022 - February 2023

Conducted thorough research and facilitated the selection and registration of participants for a nationwide listening tour addressing hate-fueled violence in America

• Interviewed individuals and moderated listening sessions with SMEs, practitioners, survivors, community members, government officials, and former hate group members

• Partnered with community foundations, organizations, and notable leaders across the anti-hate landscape

• Collaborated with teammates in synthesis sessions to translate research findings into actionable recommendations for moonshot idea

• Designed and maintained the main project database as well as all assets
